Members of the Rutgers Community:
Rutgers Day, April 25, is just around the corner. Many of you have spent the past few months creating nearly 400 innovative and exciting programs and performances to help visitors experience the vitality of their state university. Your hard work and enthusiasm are greatly appreciated.
As we roll out the scarlet carpet to all of New Jersey, we are counting on every member of the Rutgers community to be part of Rutgers Day and help spread the word about the central role we play in the state. This is our chance to showcase our strengths, reach new audiences, enhance recruitment, and gain increased visibility and support for university programs. By sharing your pride in Rutgers through both formal programs and informal interactions, you can help make the day an exceptionally rewarding experience for the thousands of state residents expected on campus.
Please invite your family, friends, and neighbors to join us on the New Brunswick and Piscataway campuses for this informative, entertaining, and free event. There is excellent information at http://rutgersday.rutgers.edu to help visitors make the most of their day. The website also has important updates and tools specifically for exhibitors, including downloadable flyers that you can customize for your exhibit and distribute to your particular audience.
Thank you again for all you do for Rutgers. I look forward to seeing you April 25, rain or shine!
