2008 Middle States Reaccreditation Review

Members of the Rutgers Community:

Rutgers has been accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education since 1921 and was last reaccredited in 1998. Since major reaccreditation evaluations take place on a 10-year cycle, many members of the university community are now hard at work evaluating our progress since the last reaccreditation review and preparing a self-study report that will inform the visit of the Middle States reaccreditation review team that will take place during spring 2008. All members of the university community will have an opportunity to review a draft of our self-study report in the coming academic year. In the meantime, the 2008 Middle States Reaccreditation website is available for those interested in finding out more about the reaccreditation process and our self-study effort.
